Lando Norris: the line through the bend

SportLocation Formula 1 Desk · 10 Oct 2026

An onboard view shows the car carrying through a curve before the circuit opens out ahead.

Lando Norris’s onboard view makes the transition out of a bend the telling detail. The track sweeps across the frame, then opens into a longer, straighter section. The car’s line through the turn shapes what follows: carry it through cleanly and the road ahead is there to use.

The cockpit and front tyres stay in view as the circuit changes direction. That gives the sequence its focus—not a dramatic overtake or a named result, but the constant adjustment needed to guide a Formula 1 car around a curve and onwards. The steering wheel sits at the centre of that work, with the next stretch of tarmac already in sight.
