Lee Priest changes the view with every pose

SportLocation Fitness Desk · 29 Sept 2026

A front flex, a hands-at-waist stance and a turn to show his back make this short posing sequence more than a single hold.

Lee Priest moves through a compact set of bodybuilding poses outdoors, and the changes in stance do the work. He starts facing forward, raises both arms into a double-arm flex, then brings his hands to his waist.

That centred hands-at-waist pose changes the emphasis: rather than holding the raised-arm flex, Priest settles into a front stance before turning partly sideways and finally facing away. The sequence ends with his back to the camera, offering a different view from the opening poses.

The outdoor exercise apparatus remains in the background throughout. It is a straightforward posing sequence, built around the shift from front to side to back.
