Lee Priest: the pose and the work behind it

SportLocation Fitness Desk · 12 Oct 2026

A double-biceps pose opens a gym montage that shifts between cable work and more posing.

Lee Priest’s double-biceps pose is the striking opening image, but the footage soon moves from holding a pose to working at the cable machine. That change is the point: bodybuilding is shown here both as a display of muscularity and as training with equipment in a busy gym.

The cable sequences offer a different kind of detail from the flexed poses. Priest works with a narrow attachment, then appears leaning forward with two handles extended. The montage cuts back to raised-arm poses, keeping the contrast between exercise and presentation in view.

Text over the opening image reads “Two week out of Night of Champions 2000”. It gives that pose a specific competition-preparation context, while the later gym scenes broaden the picture to the training and posing that sit side by side in bodybuilding.
