Ludvig Åberg sets up the drive

Ludvig Åberg takes his time over the ball before sending the driver through a full tee-shot motion.
Ludvig Åberg’s tee shot is all about the pause before the release. He stands behind the ball, squares himself to the fairway and lets the driver rest on the turf before moving into address.
That first beat matters here. The frame gives you the line down the hole, the crowd off to the side and the ball sitting up on the tee, so the shot reads as a proper launch point rather than a rushed lash at it.
By the time he starts the swing, the sequence is already set: feet planted, shoulders turning, club moving away from the ball and the body coiling into the strike. It is a simple piece of golf, but a tidy one — the sort that depends on balance before speed.
The clip finishes with the downswing in motion, the club dropping into the hitting zone and the ball still waiting on the tee. That delay is the point: the shot is built from control first, power second.
