Hadi Choopan keeps the stage moving

SportLocation Fitness Desk · 13 Sept 2026

Hadi Choopan’s Olympia montage leans on one simple idea: walk, settle, pose, and make every transition count.

Hadi Choopan does not rush the stage. In this Olympia montage, the movement is deliberate: a side-profile walk, arms kept tight, then a drop into a low pose that turns the whole frame into a test of control.

That matters in bodybuilding because the walk is not filler. It sets the line of the body before the pose lands, and Choopan uses it to keep the physique clean against the bright stage backdrop.

The later kneeling position is the sharpest example of that approach. It lowers the centre of gravity, brings the torso forward and makes the shape read hard and compact rather than loose.

For Choopan, the detail is in the transition. He does not just arrive at a pose; he carries the pose into the walk and back again.
