Hadi Choopan’s squat is the heaviest beat in a busy training edit

SportLocation Fitness Desk · 16 Sept 2026

Hadi Choopan’s training clip is built around a hard Smith-machine squat, but the edit also gives room to front raises, rows and leg extensions.

Hadi Choopan’s training edit is at its strongest when it drops into the Smith-machine squat. The bar is loaded, the stance is deep and the rep is caught right at the bottom, where the weight looks properly serious.

That said, the clip does not live on one lift alone. The front raise, the row and the leg-extension work all read clearly, so the rhythm is less about a single hero shot and more about a full-body session with no soft spots.

The squat still gives the package its most obvious anchor. It is the moment where the load, the depth and the machine all line up, and it leaves the rest of the edit feeling like support work around the main event.

For a training reel, that is enough: one heavy set, then a string of smaller burns around it, ending with Choopan locked into the bottom of the squat.
