Hadi Choopan: the pose, then the movement
SportLocation Fitness Desk · 11 Oct 2026
Hadi Choopan’s stage sequence shows the different demands of holding a pose and carrying his physique across the stage.
A held front pose is a test of control; moving across the stage asks for a different kind of presentation. Hadi Choopan’s sequence brings both into view, shifting from a close front pose to a measured walk in profile.
That change of angle matters. A front pose presents the upper body head-on, while the side view puts the full silhouette on display. Choopan moves between them as the stage presentation changes, rather than relying on one fixed pose to carry the sequence.
The footage also shows him holding a large belt across his waist before the posing gives way to stage movement. The belt is a striking prop in the moment, but the sporting detail is how quickly the focus returns to presentation: stillness, then movement, then another held pose.
