Abandoned uploads
Incomplete submissions are scheduled for deletion seven days after the last activity.
Rejected and unselected footage
Footage not included in an accepted final offer is never published, copied or used. It is marked for deletion and removed from private storage within 30 days, subject to a temporary legal or security hold.
Purchased footage
Clips listed in an accepted final offer and rights agreement may be retained in the private SportLocation library while commercially required.
Transaction records
Agreements, offer responses, audit events and payment records are retained for applicable contractual, tax and legal periods.
Request deletion
Email support@sportlocation.net with your identity and submission reference. We will verify the request, explain any record we must retain and delete eligible personal data and footage.
