SportLocation respects copyright, privacy and personal safety. Rights holders and people shown in published material can ask us to review it.

Email copyright@sportlocation.net with the SportLocation URL, a description of the work or person concerned, your connection to it, the action requested and a reliable way to contact you. For copyright claims, include the location of an authorised example where practical.
Our response
We consider credible reports promptly and may temporarily restrict material while a concern is reviewed. We may ask for further information where it is needed to understand the claim.
Where appropriate, material will be removed, corrected or updated. We will use the contact details supplied to explain the outcome where possible.
Urgent safety requests
Use the subject line ‘Urgent safety request’ if publication creates an immediate and specific risk. Explain the concern without sending unnecessary sensitive information. Emergencies should also be reported to the appropriate local authority.
