Submission and estimate
You may upload golf footage you personally recorded or are authorised to submit. The automated estimated potential value is non-binding, is not an offer and does not guarantee purchase or payment.
Manual selection
We may select some, all or none of the uploaded clips. If we want to buy footage, we send one final GBP offer covering only the selected clips. Individual clip prices are not shown or negotiated. You may accept, reject or submit one overall counter-offer.
Ownership
Upload does not transfer ownership. Rights transfer only when you accept a final offer and rights agreement. The agreement applies exclusively to the selected clip IDs it lists. Unselected footage remains yours and SportLocation may not publish, copy, license or otherwise use it.
Prohibited material
Do not submit stolen footage, broadcast captures, covert or private recordings, unlawful material, or footage governed by terms reserving relevant commercial rights to another party.
Retention and deletion
Abandoned, rejected and unselected footage follows the published retention policy. Purchased clips may be retained in the private SportLocation library while commercially required.
Payment
After accepting an offer, you provide the email address for the PayPal account that should receive the agreed GBP amount. We record the receiver method, provider references, status and date, but do not collect card details or online-banking credentials. PayPal availability and account restrictions may affect whether a payout can complete.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory rights that apply where you live.
