Matthew James Convie, trading as SportLocation, uses essential local storage and cookies to keep the website secure and let contributors resume unfinished submissions. These are required for the service to work.
Optional product analytics
With your permission, we use PostHog to measure visits, advertising attribution and progress through the upload journey. This helps us find unclear steps and technical problems. We do not use this data for automated purchasing decisions or advertising profiles.
Masked session replay
If analytics is allowed, PostHog may record a privacy-protected replay of page interactions. Form inputs are masked, file lists are excluded, and we do not send footage, filenames, contributor details or payment information to PostHog. Admin and offer pages are excluded entirely.
Other measurement
Vercel provides privacy-focused, aggregate website measurement without using advertising cookies. Technical hosting and security logs may also be processed where necessary to operate and protect the service.
Your choice
Optional PostHog analytics is off until you select “Allow analytics”. You can refuse it without affecting uploads and can change your choice at any time using “Analytics preferences” in the footer.
Retention and providers
PostHog is configured to anonymise IP addresses and avoid creating personal profiles. Session replays are retained for up to 30 days. Vercel and PostHog process measurement data under their service terms and applicable transfer safeguards.
